Hobart utilise advanaced technology to reduce water and power consumption on all their dish wash machines. This FX40 benefits by recycling heat out of waste water. This, together with Hobart's clever design that reduces detergent and rinse additive consumption. The FX also features and extended wash cycle for heavily soiled items.
Requires a single phase 32 amp power supply. Water supply pressure between 0.6 to 6.0 bar to a maximum temperature of 60C. Supplied with one flat and one spike basket.
